ช่วงนี้เป็นเดือนมกราคมต้นปีใหม่ ขอให้เราทำความดีกันทุกคน วันนี้ขอบรรยายคำว่า ความรัก ภาษาบาลีแปลว่า เมตตา ภาษาสันสกฤตแปลว่า มิตรา หมายถึง มีความรู้สึกว่าขอให้สัตว์ทั้งหลายเป็นสุขเป็นสุขเถิด ไม่ต้องการสิ่งตอบแทนใดใด
นี่คือรักอย่างรัก ถ้ารักอย่างกิเลส ภาษาบาลีว่า ราคะ แปลว่า ความใคร่ คือ ใคร่จะให้ได้ดังใจตัวเมื่อไม่ได้ก็เป็นทุกข์ นี้คือกามราคะ
ถามว่าความรักกับความใคร่ต่างกันอย่างไร..?
เรื่องราคะมี 3 ข้อคือ ดังนี้
1 . กามราคะ อันความอยากความใคร่ในกามเป็นทุกข์
2 . รูปราคะ เช่นพ่ออยากให้ลูกเป็นเหมือนดังใจตัวปรารถนา
3 . อรูปราคะ เช่นอยากได้ยศตำแหน่งอยากได้เกียรติ มันเป็นนามธรรม
เมื่อเรามีเมตตาต่อเขาเราจะไม่โกรธไม่เกลียด ที่คนเรารักกันไม่ได้เพราะมันเปรียบเทียบกันทางกิเลส เราต้องเอา 2 สิ่งมาเปรียบเทียบกันคือกายกับใจ
เมื่อใจมาเปรียบกัน เรามีทุกข์เหมือนกัน เมื่อกายมาเปรียบกันเราทุกคนล้วนเกิดแก่เจ็บตายด้วยกันทั้งหมด.
สัตว์ทั้งหลายล้วนเป็นเพื่อนเกิดแก่เจ็บตายด้วยกัน ทุกคนรักสุขเกลียดทุกข์เหมือนกัน
นี่คือคนทั้งโลกคือคนคนเดียวกัน เราเป็นเพื่อนกัน ขอให้เพื่อนเป็นสุขเป็นสุขเถิด อย่าได้เบียดเบียนซึ่งกันและกันเลย
คนเบียดเบียนกันเพราะคนไม่มีเมตตาต่อกัน ด้วยเราไม่เห็นความจริงว่าสัตว์ทั้งหลายล้วนเป็นเพื่อนทุกข์เกิดแก่เจ็บตายทั้งหมดทั้งสิ้น สมมุติว่ามีคน 1 คน มี 2 ทางให้เลือกคือ 1 . เขาถูกผู้อื่นรักมากที่สุด 2 . เขารักผู้อื่นมากที่สุด อันไหนถูกต้องตามธรรม ที่ถูกคือ เขารักผู้อื่นมากที่สุด ไม่ใช่เรียกร้องความรักจากผู้อื่น นี่แม่ไม่รักหนู นี่มันโง่ เพราะคนให้ความรักแก่ผู้อื่นได้นั้นเขาเป็นคนรวย คนเรียกร้องความรักจากผู้อื่นนั้นเขาเป็นคนจนคนอ่อนแอ
ในวิชาจิตวิทยาสอนว่า คนจงทำตนให้ผู้อื่นรัก แต่วิชาทางศาสนาสอนว่า คนจงทำตนให้รักผู้อื่น ง่ายนิดเดียวคือ ปรารถนาขอให้ทุกคนจงเป็นสุขเป็นสุขเถิด ถ้าเรารักผู้อื่น เราจะครอบงำเขาไว้ใต้ความรักของเรา.
มีนิทานเซนเรื่องหนึ่งว่า วันหนึ่งอาจารย์เดินทางไปกับลูกศิษย์ ลูกศิษย์กล่าวว่า..อ. ครับผมจะบวชแล้วจะฝึกตนเพื่อขนถ่ายสรรพสัตว์ให้ข้ามพ้นจากความทุกข์ อ. ได้ยินอย่างนั้นเลยให้ลูกศิษย์เดินนำหน้าไป ต่อมาลูกศิษย์ว่า อ.ครับ ผมอยากเล่นลูกข่างอยู่ลานวัดวิ่งหยอกล้อกับเพื่อน ๆ อ.ว่า เองมาเดินตามหลังข้าเดี๋ยวนี้นะ เราได้ข้อคิดอะไรจากคำสอนนี้ คือคนเราควรศึกษาเพื่อความเป็นพระโพธิสัตว์.
คำกล่าวว่า พ่อแม่รักลูกพ่อแม่ต้องมีเวลาให้กับลูก. เป็นคำกล่าววัตถุนิยมเกินไป ดูให้ดีพ่อแม่รักลูก 100 %. แต่พ่อแม่ไม่มีเวลาเพราะท่านต้องไปทำงานหาเงินมาเลี้ยงครอบครัวไม่ใช่ว่าท่านไม่รักนะ. ความรักมันอยู่ที่จิตใจ. คนยกมือไหว้ครั้งเดียวด้วยความรักไม่ต้องไหว้หลายครั้งมันมาจากจิตใจนะเรื่องความรัก. ดังนั้นเราต้องรักพ่อรักแม่ให้มาก ๆ. เมตตานี้เป็นธรรมชั้นสูง. คนที่มีเมตตาต่อคนอื่นนั้นเป็นคนมีความสุข.
โปรดอย่าทำวันแห่งความรักเป็นวันแห่งความใคร่. ถ้าเราเสียเรื่องนี้แล้วเราจะเสียหายมากในชีวิต. เราอย่าทรยศต่อคำสอนในทางศาสนา. ทั้งหญิงทั้งชายถ้าไปทำเป็นวันแห่งความใคร่แล้วก็โง่ทั้ง 2 คน.
เราเรียนหนังสือเพื่ออะไร. เพื่อไปทำงานหาเงิน. เอาแค่พออยู่พอกิน. ทำให้จิตใจมีความสุขสิ.เราอยู่ด้วยเมตตาธรรมค้ำจุนโลก. ถึงใครจะโกรธ. กูก็ไม่โกรธมึงแล้วนะ. มีนิทานเรื่องหนึ่งคือ สัตว์นรกจะพ้นเวรกรรม. ยมพบาลถามว่าเวลาจะไปเกิดในเมืองมนุษย์นี่จะให้คนอื่นเลี้ยงดูหรือจะเลี้ยงดูคนอื่น. เจ้าสัตว์นรกตนนั้นกล่าวว่า จะให้ผู้อื่นเลี้ยงดูตน. เขาเลยเกิดมาเป็นคนหัวโตพิการนอนขอทานข้างถนนอย่างนั้นแล. ถ้าจะเลี้ยงดูผู้อื่นจะให้ไปเกิดเป็นผู้นำ ไปเกิดเป็นคุณครู เป็นคุณหมอ พยาบาล.
เป็นธรรมดาคนเราเมื่อเขามาพูดดีเราก็พอใจ. พูดไม่ดีก็ไม่พอใจ. คนเรารู้สุดโต่งอยู่ 2 อย่างคือ ดีใจกับเสียใจ. ภาษาอังกฤษ ว่า Sad , Happy ที่จริงคนเราพระพุทธศาสนาสอนให้คนเรารู้ 3 อย่างคือ 1 . รู้ว่าจิตใจเศร้า 2 . รู้ว่าจิตใจสุข 3 . รู้ว่าจิตใจกลาง ๆ ว่าง ๆ เวลาคนเราหายใจก็เอากลิ่นกลาง ๆ. ในกลิ่นหอมและกลิ่นเหม็นก็ไม่เอา. จิตกลาง ๆ นี้ดีที่สุด. ( Please full ) นี่เป็นคำสอนของพระพุทธศาสนา แต่คนเรารู้แต่ Sad กับ Happy เลยมีแต่ Happy New Year, Happy birthday แค่นั้น.
ในพระพุทธศาสนาสอนให้เราเดินทางสายกลาง. หลักคำสอนในทางพระพุทธศาสนาที่ว่า คำตำหนิติเตียนมีแต่ประโยชน์อย่างเดียวไม่มีโทษเลย.

คนที่สามพอเห็นข้อสอบแล้วมีสติสัมปชัญญะ. จิตใจเป็นกลาง ๆ ค่อยพิจารณาทำข้อสอบไปด้วยความระมัดระวังเมื่อจบแล้วนำมาทบทวนใหม่จนแน่ใจแล้วส่งกระดาษคำตอบ.
นี่คือทางสายกลาง เป็นทางแห่งความโล่งใจ ดังนั้นพระพุทธศาสนาจึงสอนให้คนเราแก้ปัญหาทุกอย่างด้วยจิตใจปกติ เราต้องใช้ร่างกาย ใช้สมอง และรักษาจิตใจให้เป็นปกติ จึงเป็นเมตตาธรรมค้ำจุนโลกด้วยประการฉะนี้แล.

All animals are friends born, old, hurt and die together. Everyone loves happiness, hate and suffering as well.
This is the whole world, is the same person. We are friends May your friends be blessed. Do not persecute each other
Persecution people because people have no kindness to each other. For we do not see the truth that all animals are all friends of suffering, birth, and pain. Suppose that there is one person who has 2 options: 1. He is loved by others the most. 2. He loves others the most. Which is fairly correct is that he loves others the most. It does not require the love of others. Hey, I don't love you, this is stupid, because people who can love others are rich. People who call for love from others are poor, weak.
In psychology taught that People make themselves love. But religious subjects teach that People must make themselves love others. It's as simple as I wish everyone to be happy and happy. If we love others We will rule him under our love.

People who are kind to others are happy people.
Please don't make the day of love a lustful day. If we lose this, we will suffer a lot in our life. We do not betray religious teachings. Both women and men, if going to make a day of lust, then both of them are foolish

Naturally, when he comes to speak well, we are satisfied. Speaking bad is not satisfied. People know two extreme things: rejoice and regret. English as Sad, Happy In fact, people of Buddhism teach people 3 things: 1. Know that the mind is sad. 2. Know that the mind is happy. 3. Know that the middle mind is free.
