อาหารทำลายกระดูกและแคลเซียมในร่างกายของมนุษย์เรามีมากมายหลายอย่าง เรายังบริโภคกันอยู่ทุกๆวัน และทำให้สุขภาพร่างกายของเราเจ็บป่วยและทุรนภาพ บางท่านบริโภคโดยตั้งใจ และบางท่านไม่ได้ตั้งใจ พยายามหลีกเลียง ยกตัวอย่างมาพอสังเขปเพื่อเตือนกัน เช่น

  1. ผงชูรส

     - ทำให้ภูมิต้านทานหรือภฺมิคุ้มกันของร่างกายลดลง ถึงแม้ผงชูรสจะไม่ทำให้ใครเป็นเอดส์ แต่มันก็ทำให้ภูมิคุ้มกันของร่างกายบกพร่อง ย่ิงถ้าคนเป็นเอดส์มาทานอาหารที่ใส่ผงชูรส ย่ิงมีสิทธิตายเร็วกว่าที่ควรเป็น 

      - ทำให้ตกค้างในสมองของเด็ก เมื่อโตขึ้นจะกลายเป็นคนปัญญาอ่อน ในปัจจุบันมีเด็กปัญญาอ่อนเพ่ิมขึ้นเรื่อยๆ นับตั้งแต่มีผงชูรสแพร่หลายในประเทศ นอกจากนั้นยังทำให้เด็ทารกเกิดอาการโคม่า ซ่ึงบางครั้งแพร่ไม่รู้สาเหตุ ทำให้การรักษาผิดพลาด ไม่เพียงเท่านั้น ผงชูรสเป็นอันตรายต่อหญิงมีครรภ์ ทำให้ร่างกายบวม และยังเป็นอันตรายต่อทารกในครรภ์และทารกแรกเกิดด้วย

      - ซ้ำเติมผู้เจ็บป่วยด้วยโรคต่างๆ เช่นโรคไต ความดันโลหิตสูง และโรคหัวใจ

  2. คนที่กินน้ำอัดลมสีดำ ทำลายกระดูก และ ทำให้เนื้อเยื่อต่างๆ และสัตว์ต่างๆเปื่อย เอากระดูกลงไปดอง

  3. คนที่กินน้ำตาลทรายขาว ให้เปลี่ยนเป็นน้ำตาลทรายแดง

   4. คนที่กินยาเคมี ยาที่เรารักษาโรคต่างๆ เช่นยาแก้ปวดต่างๆ

   5. คนที่ใช้ยาฆ่าแมลงต่างๆ ทำลายแคลเซียมในตัว กระดูกผุหรือกระดูกพรุน

   6. คนที่ชอบกินของหมักดอง ทุกชนิด เช่นน้ำส้มสายชู ผักดองต่างๆ

7. คนที่กิน นม เนย ชีส หรือโยเกิร์ต เป็นความจริงทั้งหมดเลย CN  Dairy Industry หลอกคนอเมริกันและหลอกคนทั่วโลกด้วย  เลิกได้เลย ถ้าไม่อยากกระดูกพรุนตอนแก่ เนื่องจากมีการฉีดสารเร่งผลิตนมให้แก่แม่วัว เพื่อเพิ่มการผลิตน้ำนมต่อวัน ทำให้แม่วัวผลิตน้ำนมจากกระดูกวัวทุกวันเพิ่มวันละ 8 ลิตร ทำให้แม่วัวผลิตน้ำนมจากกระดูกทุกวัน แม่วัวจะมีลูกได้ประมาณ 4 ตัว และแม่วัวจะเดินไม่ได้เป็นโรคกระดูกพรุน และแม่วัวถูกนำไปฆ่า เป็นการทารุนมาก

8. เครื่องดื่มชูกำลังต่างๆ ทดลองง่ายๆลองเอาเหรียญสตางค์เก่าๆดำๆ และเทเครื่องดื่มชูกำลังลงไปไม่นานสภาพของเหรียญสตางค์จะเปลี่ยนสีทันที่ดูเป็นเหรียญใหม่ หรือขาวขึ้นมาทันที่
