Job Scope
|
1.
Lead the development of a knowledge management strategy and associated implementation plan ofknowledge management programs with alignment to company’s strategic direction
2.
Identify key knowledge critical to organizational growth and develop taxonomy to ensure effectiveclassification schemes and structuring information for easier management and retrieval with search engine
3.
Assist the Team Head to setup internal knowledge management workshops periodically and carry out implementation and evaluation, improvements in knowledge management program activities
4.
Oversees the work of content contributors and content editors that develop contents and training support materials for bank wide use.
