วิถี ไทย เหมือนขาดสาว

We have looked at a few Thai words and their root in Pāli (or Paali). Some of you may be interested to find out more about Thai words' etymologies. I have a note that has lied in my 'to-do' tray for some time now. Maybe if I show the list. Someone would offer explanations or comments and solve my queries.

Please help. We are all learners (at least I am). We can learn by sharing what we know and think. Just like the time when we were very young, we sometimes say "I will show you my ... Now you show me your ... ;-)

As I said it;s a note -- a rough note awaiting more explanations as why they become Thai words with enough differences to make Paali speakers pull out their hair. I know that saying "it is Thai, we do what we like", It is not an explanation! ;-0
