ก็คือคนรวย และมีอำนาจในปัจจุบัน มีช่องทาง วิธีการใหม่ ๆ
ในการเพิ่มพูนความร่ำรวย และอำนาจเพื่อตนเอง
ด้วยค่าใช้จ่ายที่แสนแพงสำหรับคนจน และคนที่อ่อนแอ
จึงเป็นหน้าที่ขอเราเหล่าผู้รักเสรีภาพสากล ทุกคน
