Information = ข้อมูลข่าวสาร  เช่น X เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของ y ดังนั้น ค่าสัดส่วน = x/(x+y) ซึ่งHealth Informationคือ ข้อมูลข่าวสารด้านสุขภาพ 

 

Health resources = ทรัพยากรสุขภาพ

  3. Supply :  งบประมาณสนับสนุนการจัดการ เช่น ค่าใช้จ่ายเกี่ยวกับยารักษาโรค เคมีภัณฑ์ อุปกรณ์ทางการแพทย์
  4. Social & environment : community study เครื่องมือศึกษาวิถีชุมชน ได้แก่ ปฏิทินชุมชนผังเครือญาติ แผนที่เดินดิน

-                      I have many problems

-                      What are your problems? :  Only few doctors,  nurses and other staff,  Not enough budgut,   Lack  of  resources: builing, ward,  equipmeats,drugs  ,  A lot of conflict

 

NHES 4 = National health examination survey (ครั้งที่ 4) 

โครงการสำรวจสุขภาพประชาชนไทย (โดยการตรวจร่างกายและสัมภาษณ์)ครั้งที่ 4  พ.ศ. 2551 (NHES4) โดยสำนักงานสำรวจสุขภาพประชาชนไทย ด้วยความร่วมมือ 4  มหาวิทยาลัย  ได้แก่  จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย,  มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่, มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น และมหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์  ซึ่งดำเนินการสัมภาษณ์เกี่ยวกับสุขภาพและการตรวจร่างกาย  แบ่งการตรวจเป็นเขตเมือง 50% และเขตชนบทอีก 50%

 

NHES 4:  Objectives

  1.  Wealth (ความมั่งมี) : house, property สินทรัพย์, water การดื่มน้ำ ,toilet การใช้ส้วม  เป็นการสะท้อนถึงเศรษฐานะของประชาชน  การสังเกตเพื่อให้ได้ข้อมูลทางอ้อม
  2. Health : physical ,mental, well being
  3. Behaviors (healthy or not)

social& physicial network: 

¶  วัยก่อนเรียน 1-5 ปี                         ¶  วัยเรียน 6-14 ปี

¶  วัยทำงาน 15-59 ปี                          ¶  วัยสูงอายุ 60 ปี ขึ้นไป

 

 

Method in the field

  1. Find target sample(by health staff & volunteers) – การค้นหากลุ่มเป้าหมาย
  2. Presurvey & iodine test
  3. Appoinment with document (NPO in adult only) – การงดน้ำงดอาหารในผู้ใหญ่
  4. Registration with-  เซ็นยินยอม

 -              Name list,consent and presurvey from(by staff)

-                      Identity card, urine in container(by target)

  1. Interview by QN –  การสัมภาษณ์โดยใช้แบบสอบถาม
  2. Health  education by team leader

 

ผลการตรวจส่งคืนทาง email เพื่อให้เจ้าหน้าที่ในพื้นที่แจ้งต่อประชาชนที่รับการตรวจ

  1. name list

page1àpage 2,3 total 30 for each age & sex

  1. Find 10 from page 1 (if complete à  finish with confirm appointment)
  2. If not find other from page 2-3
  3. if not success ask Dr Somdej: BP& grip (first)
  4. Physical Exam :Lung Function Test ;wt. Ht.
  5. interview by QN (questionnaire)
  6. Health Education
  7. gift to target
