บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยเรื่อง“ค่านิยมและปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับค่านิยมของนักศึกษาพยาบาลศาสตร์วิทยาลัยพยาบาลบรมราชชนนี อุดรธานี” ใช้ระเบียบวิธีแบบผสมในรูปแบบการผสมอย่างเป็นตัวหลักและตัวรองชนิดแบบตามลำดับโดยมีการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณเป็นตัวหลัก การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพเป็นตัวรอง มีวัตถุประสงค์ 2 ประการ 1) เพื่อศึกษาค่านิยมที่พึงประสงค์ของนักศึกษาพยาบาลศาสตรบัณฑิต วิทยาลัยพยาบาลบรมราชชนนี อุดรธานี และ2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบค่านิยมของนักศึกษาพยาบาลศาสตรบัณฑิต วิทยาลัยพยาบาลบรมราชชนนี อุดรธานี ที่แตกต่างกันในปัจจัยเรื่อง เพศ ชั้นปี อายุ อาชีพของบิดามารดา รายได้ของผู้ปกครอง แหล่งที่มาของรายได้นักศึกษา จำนวนประสบการณ์อบรมคุณธรรมจริยธรรม ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณใช้กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้มาโดยวิธีการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น ได้จำนวน 174 คน ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณใช้กลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 30 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับค่านิยมที่พึงประสงค์ และการสนทนากลุ่มได้ค่าความตรงเชิงเนื้อหา (IOC) เท่ากับ 1.0 นำไปทดลองใช้ (Try-out) ได้ค่าความเที่ยงของแบบสอบถามโดยใช้สัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟา เท่ากับ 0.8
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1. ส่วนใหญ่กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นเพศหญิง คิดเป็นร้อยละ 92 ศึกษาอยู่ในชั้นปีที่ 3 คิดเป็นร้อยละ 42.5 อายุ 21 ปี คิดเป็นร้อยละ 33.9 บิดามีอาชีพรับราชการคิดเป็นร้อยละ 20.7 มารดามีอาชีพ รับราชการคิดเป็นร้อยละ 12.6 รายได้บิดา/มารดาไม่เกิน 10,000 บาท คิดเป็นร้อยละ 49.4 ค่าใช้จ่ายได้รับจากบิดาและมารดา คิดเป็นร้อยละ 63.8 การอบรมคุณธรรมจริยธรรมเมื่อเรียนที่ชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย จำนวน 2 ครั้ง คิดเป็นร้อยละ 35.6
2. การปฏิบัติของนักศึกษาเกี่ยวกับค่านิยมที่พึงประสงค์ 9 ด้าน พบว่า มีค่านิยมในระดับมากที่สุด 3 ด้าน คือ ด้านการประหยัด ด้านการยึดมั่นในคุณธรรมและจริยธรรม และด้านความมีวินัย มีค่านิยมในระดับมาก 6 ด้าน คือ ด้านความขยันหมั่นเพียร ด้านความมีสติและปัญญา ด้านการพึ่งตนเอง ด้านความรับผิดชอบ ด้านความสามัคคี ด้านความรักชาติ
3. ค่านิยมที่ควรปฏิบัติมากที่สุด 3 อันดับ คือ 1) การยึดมั่นในคุณธรรมและจริยธรรม 2) ความขยันหมั่นเพียร 3) ความรับผิดชอบ
4. ค่านิยมที่ควรปลูกฝังและส่งเสริม มากที่สุด3 อันดับ คือ 1) การยึดมั่นในคุณธรรมและจริยธรรม 2) ความมีวินัย 3) ความรับผิดชอบ
5. ค่านิยมที่ควรปรับปรุงมากที่สุด 3 อันดับ คือ 1) การยึดมั่นในคุณธรรมและจริยธรรม 2) ความรักชาติ 3) ความสามัคคี
6. ค่านิยมที่พึงประสงค์ ในที่เพศ อายุ อาชีพบิดา-มารดา รายได้ของบิดา/มารดา จำนวนการอบรมแตกต่างกัน โดยใช้สถิติไคสแควร์ สรุปผลว่าไม่แตกต่างกัน ค่านิยมที่พึงประสงค์ ในกลุ่มที่ชั้นปี และผู้สนับสนุนค่าใช้รายจ่ายแตกต่างกัน โดยใช้สถิติไคสแควร์ สรุปผลว่ามีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ
Abstract
The research on "the values and factors related to the values of the students of Borommarajonnani College of Nursing, Udonthani. Sequential Transformative design in mixed method was used. Quantitative method was the Dominant and Qualitative method was less dominant. The purpose of this Study were 1) To study the desirable values of nursing science students and 2) to compare the values of nursing science students by factors; different class, gender, age, occupation of parents. Income parents, source of income students and experience of moral training. Quantitative data were obtained using the method of stratified random sampling of 174 people, and using a questionnaire about the desired value, and the content validity (IOC) was 1.0, Alpha coefficient reliability was 0.8. Quantitative data sample of 30 students, Observation and focus group discussion was used. The analyses carried out being used were: frequency, percent, arithmetic means, standard deviations and chi-square test.

The results showed that
1. Most subjects were female about 92 percent. Class 3 students 42.5 percent, 21 years old 33.9 percent, father’s occupation 20.7 percent, mother’s occupation 12.6 percent , Revenue father / mother not exceeding 10,000 baht 49.4 percent , Parents are responsible for the expense of students 63.8 percent , ethics training in secondary school at 2 times, representing 35.6 percent.
2. The performance of students about the value of the desired 9 was found that the most popular in three areas: the economy, the commitment to morality and ethics, and the discipline. Have high values in six areas: perseverance, Terms of consciousness and intelligence, the self-reliance, the responsibility, harmony, patriotism.
3. The action that should be the most popular top 3: 1) adhere to the moral and ethical 2) Diligence 3) responsibility
4. Values should cultivate and promote the most top 3: 1) adhere to the morals and ethics, 2) discipline 3) responsibility
5. The improvement most popular top 3 : 1) adhere to the morals and ethics, 2) patriotism, 3) harmony
6. Desired values in the age, father’s occupation, mother’s occupation, Parent’s expense, ethics training concluded that no significant difference. Desirable values between class and advocate conclude that were difference in the level of statistical significance
