Food Inc.

     Abundant food does necessary mean better life if food safety became a problem. I clearly remember that food is more delicious when I was child. Although we may not have enough rice to eat but we are happy because we never worry about food safety at that time. However, we have abundant food nowadays but we worry about food safety everyday. When nature-grow poultry, livestock, organic grain became precious, we must reminder ourselves that there must something wrong. 

     Naturally raised chicken is more delicious only because it takes as long as one year to grow up and it eat nature feed. But in a modern farm (you can also call it as factory) the period was shortened less than 3 month to raise a chicken ready for slaughtering. I was shocked when I watch mover. I find that some chicken in the big farm even can not stand up. Things is becoming worse because those big companies are happy to do so and try to raise chicken even in a shorter period. But at the same time, consumers do not have much choice because those big companies controlled the food supply chain.

     I do not know we are luck to live in a world with abundant food or we are unlucky when natural agriculture became a artificial factory. But, I am sure that It is time for us to do something to change the way of the development of this world.
