Fourth National Health Examination Survey 2008 (NHES 4th ) is a survey research program conducted by faculty of medicine, Khon Kaen University.The objectives were to assess the health status of adults and children in the rural and urban in the north-eastern part of Thailand. The survey combines interviews and physical examinations. The NHES 4 interview questionaires includes health-related questions and physiological measurements, as well as laboratory tests administered by medical personnel.
