many country was problem from  medical error .patient  will to sue a doctor and hospital .for be fair good compensation  health system  to patient  and  decrease  conflict among  doctor and patient .save time and save money for sue then must have to reform patient compensation system.

For example compensation in UK,Norway,NZ,USA . the most of thing  to reform compensation must to know how get money come to system .UK From national taxation (by National Health Service) for hospital defendant, insurance for general practice defendant.Norway central government pays for 96% and another 4% is paid by local government using the patient compensation principle rather than a malpractice insurance approach .NZ has changed from insurance system to taxation revenues under the Accident Insurance Act (1998).and USA the major source of finance has been premiums collected from health care providers. The increasing rates of the insurance premiums drive some physicians to quit the occupation or adopt defensive medical practice.

Processes of compensation : Norway, a national body has been established called Norsk. Decision making on compensation for a claimant at the first stage is done by a “case handler”.There are 40 case handlers at the NPE. Most of them are master degree graduates in Law.

Thai land have NHSO has firstly defined the maximum payments for 3 categories of damage. The primary purpose of payment is to alleviate sufferings, not for fully compensating the losses. For death or permanent disability,For loss of organs or disability,For injuries and chronic complications.

Summarize: patient compensation system it good channel to and  decrease  conflict among  doctor and patient
