The business have to learn and understand to respond what member of the society want and need because of the attitude and the social value and the culture of the society is determine the behavior of member of the society and the society have to change all the time ; for example the automobile industry had produce the eco car to be one of the customer choice to help them safe their money for the gas which the price is increasing everyday.
Regulatory Force
There are 3 types of regulatory : political , legal and regulatory all 3 types are connect to each other because we have to create the law to control the organization and protect the right to the customer and the organization must follow the law ; for example the dormitory have to separate between male’s dormitory and female’s dormitory.
Economic Force
The organization need to pay attention about the various things about the economic such as tendency of the customer, level of employment, rate of inflation, rate of interest, and montary policies because all of these can affect the outcome of the firm's marketing activities, by determine the volume and strength of demand for the its products. For example ; when Thai economy is very success the immovable property company have high rate of selling, but since the middle of 2540 economic of Thailand was depression so the immovable property company have to closed and now they have to slow down this kind of business.
Competitive Force
The business which provide the same product or service. The business need to learn , update and check what the competitor will perform all the time to keep the customer still consider to your product. For example AIS and DTAC . They ‘re selling the same kind of service so they try to find the new promotion and seal promotion to provide to the customer and they try to attract the customer by the advertising.
Technological Force
Technology help the business grow faster and work easier than the past and technology also help to improve the manage process of the business. For example ; the business can recording the account in to the computer and the computer can calculate for you , you can promote your business in the internet and the customer can order your product trough the internet.
Nature
The nature has both advantage and disadvantage to your business. The business have opportunity to sell their product. For example ; The hotel have which locate near the sea will a lot of tourist check in , in the summer. And the air conditioner can sell a lot in the summer too. In the other hand the business also fall because of the nature which we can’t control. For example ; an earth quake , floods , storm and so on.
