Trip Diary

 

16th July 2010

        I get up at 3.30 a.m. and after that I arrive to NUIC at 4.50 a.m. I get on the first bus and the bus starting to King Naresuan’s Shrine at Chan Palace. During the way go to Chan Palace I get many knowledge about King Naresuan’s Shrine from guide ( 4th years student of NUIC). I go to Chan Palace to pay homage and then have a Thai style food on the bus ( rice stick ) and begin a journey to Ayuddhaya. I stay on the bus about 3 hours. The first place in Ayuddhaya is Wat Yai Chai Mong Kol to pay homage and make merit for peaceful and then I have lunch in famous noodle restaurant of Ayuddhaya. After that I get on the bus pass Wat Worachet Tharam and then I go to King Naresuan the Great Monument where is battle field many times in the past. After that I go to Bang Pa In Palace, where is very interest place and beautiful palace. And the last place in first day is Ayoddhaya floating for have dinner and shopping and I saw old Thai lifestyle and then I check in at Ayuddhaya Riverside Hotel to rest on this night.

 

 17th July 2010

        I have breakfast at the hotel and the first I go to tower of suphanburi, where is Banharn-Jamsai Tower to see oil painting about King Naresuan the Great inside and then I go to A-rawan waterfall national park, where have 7 beautiful floors of waterfall and I’, swimming in waterfall for 2 hours and then I go to Kwai Riverside Resort to check in, have dinner and sing karaoke with my friends.

 

18th July 2010

        On the last day, I go to Bridge of the Kwai River and then I go to the legend of King Naresuan the Great Movie Studio, where have big studio was built and model designed from real architectural place in Ayuddhaya in 400 years ago .After that I get on the bus go to the Don Che-di Monument which is the place where King Naresuan won the wars from the Burmese and then I visit to Wat Palaylai to pay homage to ”Luang Poh Toh” and the last I go to Vintage Market at Supanburi, which was the inter trade market in the past and return to Phitsanulok.
