Present status of medicine

1) no dividing line between pre disease high risk routine screening
2) differentiate between treating human treating a disease
3) New Tech tend to replace "The Art of Medicine"

Thai MDs aspiration
1) Financial driven
2) Being respected without working toward it
3) Working from day to day
4) Try to improve health /well being of ...
5) Enjoy the profession (very few...)

Not teaching ethics to the medical student
but let them pick up its.

น่าจะได้อธิบายให้ภาควิชาอื่นๆด้วยถ้าไม่สวมกันนอคแล้วมีอุบัตเหตบาดเจ็บที่ศรีษะและขา
อาจารย์ก็จะพูดถึงว่ารักษาที่หัวก่อนหรือที่ขาก่อน ถ้ามี Public Helhth
อาจจะถามว่าอุบัติเหตุเกิดจากอะไร จะป้องกันได้อย่างไร

สอนอะไร
มีหัวข้อเช่น เมื่อสิ้นสุดการเรียนการสอนนิสิตสามารถ
ตระหนักถึงบริบทต่างๆ ที่สังคมควบคุมการประกอบอาชีพเวชกรรม
ประเด็นจริยธรรมทางการแพทย์ทีสำคัญ เสนอแนวทางคลี่คลายประเด็น
และความไวต่อประเด็นจริยธรรม

Principle of medical ethics, doctor patient relationship, patient autonomy, confidentiality, truth telling, informed concent, end of life decision

Role Model มีทั้งส่วนดีและไม่ดีในคนเดียวกัน
คงจะเป็นไปไม่ได้ถ้าอาจารย์จะดีพร้อมครบถ้วนทุกด้าน
ให้นิสิตจดจำและปฏิบัตในส่วนดี ส่วนที่ไม่ดีให้รับรู้ และระวังอย่าทำตามอย่าง

สอนอย่างไร
อย่างน้อย 30 ชั่วโมง ... ติดต่อกัน หรือเว้นช่วง

ประเมินอย่างไร
วิชานี้อาจทำไม่ได้เต็มที่นัก ควรทำเท่าที่ทำได้ Group work ...

สอนในวิชา Fammed นิสิตแพทย์ ปี 4 มอ.

นิสิตมีความเห็นว่า

1 พื้นที่คับแคบ แออัด เสี่ยงเดินชน
2 ผู้ป่วย ไอ ไม่ใส่ mask
3 ช้อน ส้อม ตะเกียบ ในโรงอาหารไม่สะอาด
4 กระเบื้องห้องน้ำลื่น
5 กระเบื้องสีเขียว OPD ลื่น

และข้อหลังๆ ที่สำคัญ คือ การสื่อสารไม่เข้าใจกันระหว่างแพทย์และผู้ป่วย
