Clarify term

Dorsalis pedis= ชีพจรบริเวณหลังเท้า

Ankle-brachial index= systolic BP at ankle joint/ systolic BP at brachial area

                                      Normal 0.9-1.3

                                      < 0.9 = distal obstruction

Apical beat at 6th intercostal space= abnormal

Normal apical beat = 5th intercostal space at midclavicular line

LT ventricular heave= LT ventricular โตขึ้นจากการทำงานหนัก ตรวจได้จากการคลำ

LT ventricular hypertrophy: หัวใจล่างซ้ายโต

Enlargement: ใหญ่ โตขึ้นจากการดูระดับ anatomy

Cardiomegaly: ventricle and  atrium enlargement

Essential hypertension: Hypertension when no cause for the high blood pressure can be found

Peripheral vascular resistance= โรคหลอดเลือดที่เกิดพยาธิสภาพที่ส่วนปลาย

Relative risk= incidence in exposed/incidence in nonexposed
