ข้อสอบ MCQ ที่ดีควรจะ
- Stem should be in simple, understood language (ใช้ภาษาที่เข้าใจง่าย)
- Avoid “all of the above”
- Don’t overlap response alternatives
- Avoid “none of the above”
- Make all distractors plausible/homogeneous
- Don’t use double negative (ไม่ให้ใช้ปฏิเสธซ้อนปฏิเสธ)
- Present alternatives in logical/numerical order (ตัวเลือกควรเรียงจากน้อยไปหามาก หรือมากไปหาน้อย)
- Make each item independent of others on test (โจทย์แต่ข้อควรแยกจากกันโดยเด็ดขาด)
- Place correct answer at random
- Way to judge a good stem (stem ยาว แต่ options สั้น ใส่ข้อมูลเท่าที่จำเป็น)
- Including as much of the item as possible in the stem so that alternative can be kept brief.
- Need more than 3 alternative (ตัวเลือกมากกว่า 3 ตัวเลือกหรือประมาณ 4-6 ตัวเลือก)
