As Training Workshop day 1 I have Lesson Learn /Reflection as follow.

  • Proud to be one of 17 tutors of NIDTEP and eager to practice for to done this course for Thai school head.
  • As group working for ANALOGY I learn a lot like this 
  1. Team work will done good work.
  2. Time limit makes us focus and show our role and function.
  3. Situation making manager.
  4. Share good and new ideas with other group.

  • FLT must have training workshop for preparing to be effective tutor
