learning english is somehow difficult to acquire

In my opinion, I think learning such a language is not that too difficult but it's acquired most attention from the learners or students who would like to improve and be able to use a foreign language in latter time. Some might have difficulties to show their abilities in speaking. I mention about speaking skill because I think speaking is the most important skill to be used in our daily lives. As we know English is used all over the world, but we-Thai can't use it as a key media to communicate to the world outside. Do you have any idea to share with me?
