What are the needs? and how to fulfill the needs
It looks like we (the executives) can't come up with the right needs. Poor us! this reflects something!!! Since we can't differentiate between the wants and the needs, we are off the track from the start. Can Money and Bonus be the needs? I'm sure the Thai people won't accept this. They don't like us to speak the truth, you gotta hold your thoughts forever.
I think it's ********. Anyway, coz we don't know what the needs are, we can't find the ways to fullfil it.
