Teachers are committed to create qualitative growths and prepare young generations to become culturally and ecologically sensible and responsible.

Moreover, they are imaged to be a resourceful and precious fellows who engaged learners to understand the world around them so they can take back control collectively, intervence in it, and transfer it effectively and successfully.

ครูถือว่า.....เป็นวิชาชีพชั้นสูง  ซึ่งได้รับการยกย่องในฐานะที่เป็นบุคคลที่เอาใจใส่  เป็นผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงที่มีประสิทธิภาพ  และเป็นต้นแบบของผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลง 

ครูถูกกำหนดบทบาทให้เป็นผู้สร้างความเจริญงอกงาม  เป็นผู้สร้างเยาวชนรุ่นใหม่ให้มีความรับผิดชอบทางด้านวัฒนธรรมและตระหนักในเรื่องการอนุรักษ์สิ่งแวดล้อม 

นอกจากนี้ภาพลักษณ์ของครูจึงเปรียบเสมือนบุคคลที่ทรงคุณค่าและรอบรู้  ผู้ซึ่งสั่งสอนนักเรียนให้มีความรู้ความเข้าใจโลก  และสามารถนำประสบการณ์ไปใช้ได้อย่างประสบผลสำเร็จได้อย่างแท้จริง
