Dinner

What a boring day! After all the bosses from US went back home, there are nothing much to do again.....

During the past week (since Friday till yesterday included Saturday), my bosses...you can call them that because they hired me....from US came to fix the machines. Their trip made me busy and had a lot of things to do but I loved it bcoz I had sth to do....even I had to come to work on Saturday which made me unable to join my friends' trip to Huahin :'(

But today they go back home and left me alone here again with nothing much to do... Any way, some guys from UK will come here during next week or the week after to continue solving the problems and I'm looking forward to that....oh imagine I have to chat with the original UK guy...how hard will it be, can I handle the real English accent? Wait and see....

Almost forget...last night I went to JW Marriot to join the dinner with them. The buffet looked really good, variety of foods: Seafood, Chinese food, Jap food, Thai food, Italian, etc. But we spent most time in discussing and chatting than eating! We talked about the job, Thailand's economic, politics, Internet and even abduction problems in our own countries....I just knew that, at present, American parents will not allow their childs go out alone no more. They have to be escorted by thier parents to anywhere they are willing to go, such as to school, play football, to the park, etc. Because the abdution problem is highly increasing these days. A lot of kids have been kidnapped and murdered everyday. So, there will be no more going out alone, even to the nearby neighbourhoods. What a scary world!...

Ok..get back to my still-hungry dinner......I started my dinner with 4 grilled shrimps, Salmon, Smashed potato, we chatted during eating and kept on talking even I finished the dish. It kept me at the table for quite a while before I could go to order Spagetthi, Boiled Crab and Shrimp. I planned to have some steak afterward but still can't as we kept on talking and this time it made me felt 'full' and unable to eat more.....I wanted to focus on my dinner but huhhhhhh I couldn't.... what a shame!

P.S. What a shame! is an idiom means 'What a pity!' or 'น่าเสียดาย'.....But if we use only 'Shame' or 'Ashame' will mean 'น่าอาย น่าละอาย'......
