Genie, BT's (British Telecommunications) mobile Internet division, launched the new service in the UK in early November and will be launching in other European countries. Used by Genie for rating and billing of end customers within Genie Mobile's credit review and billing system, the Geneva software became part of Convergys' solutions portfolio in April when the company completed its merger with UK-based Geneva Technology Ltd.
