ด้านประจักษ์ชัด และ ด้านขุมพลังแฝงภายใน ของความเป็น “อัจฉริยะภาพ”

ความเป็น "อัจฉริยะ" ประกอบด้วยส่วนที่เห็นชัด (ด้านนอก) และส่วนที่มองไม่เห็นด้วยตา (ด้านใน)

ความเป็น “อัจฉริยะภาพ”  นั้น  ประกอบขึ้นมาด้วย 2 องค์ประกอบ คือ  ส่วนที่ปรากฏชัดอยู่ภายนอก  และส่วนที่แฝงหรือซ่อนอยู่ภายในซึ่งมองไม่เห็นด้วยตาเปล่า :

1.    ส่วนที่ปรากฏชัดอยู่ภายนอก  (Hard Skills) ของความเป็น "อัจฉริยะภาพ" ได้แก่  ความรู้และทักษะด้านต่าง ๆ ที่แสดงออกมาให้เห็น  ให้ได้ยิน  ให้สัมผัสได้  เช่น  ร่างกายและการเคลื่อนไหว  ภาษาและการพูด  ศิลปะและดนตรี  ตรรกะและคณิตศาสตร์  ฯลฯ

2.    ส่วนที่ซ่อนหรือแฝงอยู่ภายใน  (Soft Skills) ของความเป็น "อัจฉริยะภาพ" ได้แก่  โลกทัศน์หรือแว่นกรองประจำตัว (Self-Image, Self-Concept, Mental Mirror)  แรงบันดาลใจหรือแรงขับเคลื่อนจากภายใน (Passion, Motive, Spirit)  และความถนัดเฉพาะด้าน (Trait, Talent)  เช่น  ความมั่นใจ  คิดบวก  ความมุ่งผลสำเร็จ  ความนิยมตั้งเป้าหมายท้าทายตนเอง  ความมุ่งหมายปรับปรุงให้ดียิ่งขึ้นอย่างต่อเนื่อง  ความน่าเชื่อถือ  น่าไว้วางใจ  ความเป็นผู้นำ  ฯลฯ

เนื่องจาก  ขีดความสามารถแห่ง ความเป็น  “อัจฉริยะ”  ของบุคคลนั้น เกิดขึ้นหรือสร้างขึ้นมาจากองค์ประกอบทั้งภายนอก  และภายใน 

ฉะนั้น  ในการสร้างพัฒนา  ความเป็น “อัจฉริยะ”  ให้ได้ผลดีและพัฒนาต่อเนื่องได้อย่างยั่งยืนเป็นรูปธรรมนั้น  เราต้องคำนึงถึงองค์ประกอบทั้งสองด้านดังกล่าวเป็นสำคัญ  โดยให้เป็นไปอย่างสมดุล  และพอเพียง  มิใช่เพียงแต่มุ่งเน้นแต่พัฒนาด้านภายนอกเท่านั้น  จึงจะได้ผลดีอย่างแนบเนียนเป็นเนื้อเดียวกัน  อย่างมีประสิทธิผล  และประสิทธิภาพครับ

ทุกวันนี้ในทางการศึกษาก็ดี  ในทางการฝึกอบรมก็ดี  ในทางการเรียนรู้ก็ดี  มักเน้นไปที่ด้านนอกของความรู้และทักษะ  แต่ด้านในของความรู้และทักษะนั้นมีเพียงแต่พูดกันแต่ผิวเผินเท่านั้น  โดยยังไม่มีการนำมาใช้เพื่อประกอบการฝึกทักษะอย่างจริงจังให้ได้ผลเป็นรูปธรรมและเป็นไปในแนวลึกด้วย

อธิบายให้ผู้อืนเข้าใจได้ลำบาก มาก เพราะ อาจเป็นไปได้ว่า ผู้ที่ ได้พบเพียง ผู้เดียว

อัลเบิร์ต ไอน์สไตน์ ได้ พบ หรือ เข้าใจ ในสิ่งที่เค้าค้นพบ โดยซึ่ง คิดว่า เค้าอาจไม่รู้จะบอกอยางไร ให้ผู้อื่น รู้

เพราะมันอาจเป็นสิ่งที่ลึกมาก จนไม่รู้จะบอกใคร

แต่ท่าน มีโอกาส ได้ทำสิ่งนั้น ให้เป็นรูปประธรรม เป็นทียอมรับ โลก

10. Does gifted go away?

No. Highly gifted children grow up to become highly gifted adults. However, on the way to adulthood, giftedness may appear to "hide out". For many complex reasons, exceptionally gifted children are not always high achievers.
