Self-hypnosis is not a meditation and it is not for treating clients with mental problems. There are many techniques for using hypnosis for these clients krab.

Self-hypnosis requires your talking to your mind, such as you make a speech to yourself "relax, don't think too much." Then you will feel how you are having a self-control to relax your mind.

In case you want to concentrate on working...you may close your eyes and take deep breathing for a few minutes...and say to your mind...pay attention to your work...this is a self-hypnosis krab.  But if you got time, you may take a long meditation in order to relax and prepare your mind for the next day.
