People[1] หมายถึง “The citizens of a state as represented by the prosecution in a criminal case” ออกจะฟังดูแปร่งๆหูไปซักนิด แต่ก็ยังรวมถึงคนต่างด้าวด้วยค่ะ (เป็นการย้อนส่งให้กลับไปดูความหมายของ citizen อีกครั้งนั่นเอง)
