We’re still cooking as it is a part of bonding time. We cook together and do not insist on any (her/his/that) recipe anymore. We throw in the main food groups (proteins, carbs, fats, fibres), and the principle ‘favouring’ ingredients, then whatever we have and want.
Often, we end up with a ‘Frankenstein’ (of tastes). Complexity helps our old brains ;-).
