I think “…ตัวอย่างของบทสนทนา…” (a bridge to link student to teacher) has hot dog flavor. I read the questions (What makes you become a teacher? What will we see when the school is at its best? What is the best reward for a teacher? What would the classroom be like with best teachers? What is the greatest challenge for a teacher?) and felt the awkwardness in Thai context where students are trained in traditional obedience and respect. This type of questions are likely seen as probing or testing the teacher (as in a job interview) and in Thai tradition are not allowed.
I think alliance (พันธมิตร) and stakeholders (ผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสีย) in school context, are often linked through extracurricular activities, which can be designed for specific areas and directions. Analyzing the limit and the risk is necessary (อาจช่วย หรืออาจเป็นความเสี่ยง ต้องเข้าใจข้อจำกัด) because there can be differences in interests beyond concession/compromise. And this analysis is by no means easy to do.
