From ธรรมเครื่องตื่น that made no sense to me, I looked up พระไตรปิฎกเล่มที่ ๑๕ ภาษาบาลี อักษรไทย to get the word ชาคโร (based form ชาคระ; in Roman ‘jāgara’) and looked up:

ชาคระ ชาคะระ (แบบ) น. ความเพียร, ความตื่นอยู่. (ป., ส.). -Royal Institute Dictionary (Th-Th)

jāgara (adj.) [fr. jāgarti] waking, watchful, careful, vigilant, .. Rhys, The Pāli Text Society

I noted that RID defines ชาคระ as a noun, while PTS defines same as adjective. Perhaps, the Royal Institute’s Pāli experts (ราชบัณฑิต) can look into this and also define an easier word for this เครื่องตื่นอยู่ (wakefulness: N. การตื่นตัว -Lexitron En-Th).
