I think the ‘gātā’ should be romanized as ‘loka samasta sukhino bhavanta’. From there we can look up a Sanskrit Dictionary like Monier-Williams Sanskrit-English Dictionary. I think your rendering of the gātā in Thai alphabet has many ‘typos’ and should be corrected - in order to share ‘correct information’ and meritoriously promote this ‘ideal’.

My translation is something like ‘in a world we’re all sharing, let’s share well-being’. No mysterious blessing.
