I think a high number of cases that are labelled as ‘accidents’ are really from ‘negligence’ to maintain vehicles and essential parts of vehicles in good working order (brake, tyre thread, safe loading,…), negligence to maintain safe road conditions (speed limit, traffic sign, traffic density and flow, visibility, weather,…), and negligence to respect the rights of other road users (right to space on road – x meter away from vehicles on either sides, y meters away from vehicle in front at speed z –breaking distance). These are ‘attitudes’ issues on top of traffic laws.

In summary, we have to learn to use the roads safely for everyone or lose the rights and life to use the road.
