I don’t have details of this ‘กระบวนการประเมินผลกระทบ ๔ ขั้นตอน คือ (1) Identification (2) Design (3) Implementation (4) Closing แต่ละขั้นตอนมีหลักการและรายละเอียด’ but think that Monitoring and Review should stand out in this process. We have too many ‘government’ projects without quality assurance. We waste resources and tacitly allow lowering of quality into culture of work.
