I see no mention of data system, so this model is more likely another ‘tacit’ expert system. Having a good data model and data system would make easy to monitor and track ‘actions’/changes. And the data system would be ‘record’ for studying and advancing KM. Pictures are nice but machines are not yet able to make ‘good analytics’. So AI facilities could not help. Wouldn’t it be nice to be able to use what technologies could offer?
