Thank you for sharing this excellent description of Thailand’s Education [Management]. It shows that some of our new politicians are developing well.

It would be better had the criticism come with some plans [alternatives, solutions, remedies] to arrest the sliding of our children into ‘zombies’ of the twenty-first century. Political opposition (especially in Thailand) must also contribute to the solution – for the sake of the children and the country. Point scoring is necessary to weaken inept government. But children must be held ransom or kept in ‘captivity’ (by non-performing education system/government ).

We need new strategies for opposition to create opportunities for children (the future members of the parties) and the families (so that the society aligns more to party’s ideology (more inclined to vote for the party).

“Leading from behind” is a well-known phrase, still useful?
