I read the OECD dashboard quickly and see that they - use PISA ( life-competency at 15 years old) in a measure
- emphasize _preschool (3-5 years old) education as an important factor
- show levels of books and parents involvement in education make differences
- various funding (of primary, secondary and tertiary education) models do not show preschool education separately (perhaps included in ‘primary’?)
- NO : income, geographical location, ethnicity, religion, language, political subscription, … are mentioned. In Thailand these classifications may matter.
