We have a ‘preprocessing issue’ of language in PILA. Rendering PILA into Thai with Thailand context probably requires considerable effort in time, and other resources. alternatively, upskilling Thailand children to become competent enough to perform PILA (in English and Western context) requires more efforts. The latter would of course be far more beneficial to the students in more ways than just statistics.
