I know that the term ฝ่ายประชาธิปไตย is popular and identifies the parties but it is a non-neutral term aiming at influencing the public (by separation from the parties by another term ฝ่ายเผด็จการ ). Politically incorrect terminology in supposedly neutral article only serve to increase biases and disunity among the public. Because the latest election is not serving the country well, it is opening holes in the new constitution and we need to ‘heal’ society, we should use healing words.
I think convenience should not be preferred in academic expressions.
