There are several excellent ‘online meeting and conferencing’ services ‘freely’ available but all have strong dependency on ‘very good’ (speedy and high data load transmission) Internet connections. {Data charge may also be a deterrent for some participants.)

There are a number of ‘online classes’ (using online meeting/conferencing apps) for children in remote areas of Australia because ‘commuting to school’ (from remote settlements) is not viable. (Low orbit satellites ‘Star Link’ system makes this this online classes option possible.) Documents and Reports of this mode of education are coming out. Soon we will see more from other parts of the world.

So far, there is no research or experiment on online conferences in Thailand (that I know of) yet. Whether we have sufficient expertise to develop ‘interactive’ online classes (in place of ‘one-way’ TV classes and ‘current’ one-way online Internet lessons), we should trial several pilots to find out.
