I read with interest and I noted VVOB’s definition and inclusion of ‘well-being’ into their education. I also noted Thailand’s High Function Classroom – that seems to focus on the Classroom (I took it to mean both learners and teachers in a ‘Space’ or an environment – I need to know more about this) but not extended to cover ‘home and community’. I would like to know about ‘measures’ for these ‘indices’ (both VVOB’s and Th.Ed’s). Having lists of ideal goals is a good start, having measures makes feasibility of goals, having skills, technologies and resources planned and allocated means success (within allocated time, resources and budget) – happy ending! (for a change).
