I may have jumped the gun. But I miss any mention of any ‘standard’ (roughly defined as ‘a promise’ that producers or providers give to consumers). It is not really acceptable to have sufficient ‘goods and services’, the ‘sufficient’ must be defined and promised, so consumers get what they pay for.
