I wonder if and when Thailand will look for ‘patterns and tools’ for use in developing equality and quality of education. Knowledge management (KM) has sprouted many patterns and infographics but not many tools to assist practitioners, especially while developing their expertise. We need tools (and other resources) to make things happen quicker.
