It is uplifting to see that the views and experiences of ‘workers at the coal face’ get attention and considerations. The policy makers often see only in their mind (worse is preferential, blinkered and theoretical views). The workers see more gaps and misfits (the details or ‘the last mile’) between models and realities.

Progress must be tracked and maintained in real time. Information system (memory/data and reasoning mechanisms) often get neglected and classified –making inequality in the the process of solving inequality.
