I am confused by ‘these’ development projects (partly because of the use of acronyms for organization names and my ignorance of the relationships among [education] organizations). I noted a news headline about สธ. announced (commitment to) GPAS 5 Steps (กระบวนการเรียนรู้ 5 ขั้น) in (all) schools next term (in November). Now this การประชุมคณะอนุกรรมการโครงการโรงเรียนพัฒนาโรงเรียนทั้งระบบ ของ กสศ. (a non-government organization? about education systems transformation –for equality of access?). Does this mean one (government instrument) puts a program into use without consulting other (non-government groups) and vice versa?

So much so for preaching evil of ‘silo-ism’ and the boon of working together for the common good. Should we not put into practice ‘this working together’?
