May I high-light “กินผักสดสารพัดชนิดเป็นอาหารหลัก”? From my experience and practice (some 20+years) ผักสด [include fruits, tubers and flowers; only clean and cut – no cooking which kills microbes and enzymes] สารพัดชนิด [several kinds, colors and ‘ages’ - rainbow salad especially purple and (carrot) orange] and เป็นอาหาร [(this is where mine differ slightly) เป็นอาหารประจำ -not just ‘main’ but almost every day and every meal or whenever I have a choice].
No I am not a committed ‘vegetarian’ but I do believe that I should try my best to practice Sīla #1 ;-)
