Diplomatically, President Xi places China on a respectable and un-blame-able global position politically and socially. But when ‘peace’, ordinary people lives and livelihood, and ‘cultural concept of neighbor’ are factored in, we can only condemn the party who made the first-strike. What is wrong with blaming the more powerful and first striker, without reasonable attempts to settle the issues?

If the world is to find peace, we must not find rational for war.
