Is PISA derived from a [European] middle-class-urban model of education? Do Thailand’s curricula include Thai [multi-]cultures and traditions; economic and industrial settings; and teachers capability and training?

I think we condemn ‘Silo’ style of operations but we are still doing piecewise projects - no networking - no multi-dimension perspectives.
