I have heard that USA have laws and a culture that protect business starters (more than investors) and give chances to start (other) ventures again and again. [(I was told that even) Mr Donald Trump had been bankrupted twice.] Where in Thailand, business failures are punished harshly (in other words investors are protected more that business starters). This is probably a reason for more and greater enterprises (entrepreneurs) in USA than in Thailand.

So it seems that we need ‘business environment’ that supports ‘honest attempt’ to start-up and expertise in (Thailand/local) business analysis.
