In practice the goal or the mission of the organization, the model of ‘business’, and regulations should be included. Because everyone in the organization should understand the reason for existence and one’s own role to contribute towards the goal. In a more democratic organization, everyone should be able to ‘modify’ one’s own job description for the betterment of the organization, too.
