Yes “ ระบบ..เปลี่ยน..ไม่ได้ “ – because those in power or benefit by the system do not want to lose what they have. Even though the system they suppose to serve suffers and degrades badly from being held back from its naturally growth/life. Look at ourselves. Aren’t we changing every second. We can’t stop changes. Even Nature changes (though very slowly compare to the change in our minds). You may say the Past cannot change. Well, in a sense, that is so but haven’t we learnt that ‘history changes’? ;-)
