May I suggest that many Internet websites can provide language learning aids – “free” (if we can find free wifi ;-) for examples Duolingo.org can help with learning to read, write, listen and talk languages (English, Vietnamese etc.); Google Translate can help to learn ‘listening’ in many languages; many online/offline dictionaries now come to PCs, phones and tablets with “pronunciation”…

Thai dictionaries with pronunciation? Perhaps ‘one day’ the Royal Institute will see why Thai pronunciation is also important. We can help to make this happen now. Write to the Royal Institute and ask them!
