It can be a strong motivation to see what is going around ‘outpatient clinics’ in (any) provincial hospital (in Thailand). I am quite sure that doctors and nurses try to do their best to cope with the pressure of number and variety of complaints they have to face –everyday–.

I think IT can help. I think pre-processing (via telecommunication and ‘experts’) can make patients’ experience much better and possibly more efficient care with less stress staff.
