I think this blog is not fair to Thailand. In fact I should go further and say Freedom in the World 2019 report is not fair. Two (2) reasons:

1) This ‘Freedom House’ is a US non-government organization but funded (86%) by the US government - with their view of ‘freedom’;

2) this blog may be read ‘quickly’ and result in misinformation drawn by ‘most of those’ readers.

We can look into the details for Myanmar and Thailand (both have the same score), details in entries should cause concerns for the scoring process. How can widely different values be summed up to same score for ‘freedom’?

I beg readers to refer to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Freedom_in_the_World and ‘Freedom House’ methodology before drawing conclusions.
